ABOUT THE ART OF TAXIDERMY
The craft of taxidermy dates back to the Stone Age, when humans would hunt animals to use their skins for clothing, food and housing. In modern days, it was mostly performed by Native Indians and primitive people, who still hunt as a form of living. In recent times, man has managed to further progress this craft and turn it into a trade, like any other. Today, taxidermists use the newest technologies and methods in an effort to perfect this craft by enhancing it into an art form. DECORLAND branched into the field of taxidermy in the 2004, to give its clientele a new form of decor.
Presently, DECORLAND holds the largest inventory of taxidermy products in the Middle East.
